Ross Dress For Less - Very upset about customer service
I went to store number 0459 in El Paso Tx.
And the store manager by the name of Laura was a very rood person so unprofessional on some of the items that i bought she changed the price on them she said that the tags were not the right ones for the items. I left the store very upset because i just bought 185.00 dollars worth of merchandise for her to treat me like *** i don't think so.
I really hope you guys hire professional people because this *** just made your company look like *** very poor customer service. Always remember customers come first than anything or their will be no business and the *** wouldn't have a job.

I mean if someone switched tags on an item (not saying you) but someone previously trying to get it for a lower price. If you would describe the items then it would be more understandable.
an example of an obviously switched tag would be a 10.99 price tag on a Michael Korrs shirt. it is a higher brand then obviously a lower price tag doesn't make sense. ( that's just an example) they also go by the description of the item once scanned. So it is quite possible that stuff just happens.
When I worked in retail I had a man bring up a College football jacket that had 5.99 on it when I knew it was around 69.99.
Stuff happens. and also it's rude not rood.
