Ross Dress For Less - Unable to make an exchange
I came in with an item to exchange with the correct receipt, but the item description didn't match, so the cashier told me to drive 20 miles one-way back to the original store, let them check the cameras, and then it could be returned. What?
I spent $70.00 today and she couldn't return a $6.49 item WITH the receipt because your system misidentified it? This happens often on clearance mdse. The description doesn't match. I don't tag the mdse.
I would like to return the item and I don't think I should have to drive 40 miles round-trip to do it. Thank you for your help with this matter.

They tell you to go to the original store when there is a pt Been because the store has to make sure it was properly scanned and if their employee made a mistake that it can be correct so quit *** complaining
