I sent the the following to Christopher Bice, Area Manager 7.10.2017 I need your help. Just this evening I attempted to return a few items.

There were four items but an incident occurred and I only showed 2, before I left the store. I spoke with assoc 504718, the manager at the time. I did not have my receipt. She asked if I had my ID, I answered that I did.

All of the items were tagged as I purchased them. Assoc 504718 question me about two of the items. A pair of slacks, she felt that they looked worn. These slacks had every tag on them that was on them at purchase and in the correct placing.

assoc 504718 refused to accept them as a return. This made me too angry. The foundation garment, had all the tags that were on them when I purchased them. Assoc 504718 began yelling to another Ross Dress For Less employee to check to see if that item should have a plastic inside.

I wanted to scream at this *** manager. I was humiliated and there is no need for the way I was treated. If there should be a plastic inside the garment, then why the *** was I sold that item without that plastic being inside. I asked for the district manager's contact information and Assoc 504718 directed me to the board on the floor.

I told her to forget helping me with the return, I grabbed my intended returns, paid for my purchase, got the information off the board and left the store. I will not be spending my money in a business where I am so disrespected. Assoc 504718 is a very poor manager and lack even low leveled customer service skills, and have such a combative demeanor, this is my second interaction with her and it was then as combative as it is today. Now look at the time I have had to waste due to ineffective management.

I will need to return to the store and speak to a person with an IQ higher than that of a flea to get this resolved. And my time is being used to contact you. Just makes no good sense. I do not like being embarrassed over a store return.

I am very angry because my time is valuable. Direct me to someone other than Assoc 504718 to help me with this matter, please. NOTE: If this Assoc 504718 treats paying customers this poorly, you can imagine how she treats those who with her. I guaranteed you it is not great.

Assoc 504718 is stockroom material and should be no where near any position that allows her public contact. NO REPLY

And how were you disrespected? They have policies to follow , it sounds to me like you were. Wing disrespectful to the employees you entitle piece of garbage.
