My 12yr old son and SteveI purchased 12 items from ROSS. Toralimg $279+ dollars.

Once i arrived home there was total of 10 items in the bags. I went back to the store on 12/21/2014 to retreive the items i did not receive and the store manager Steve explained he will review the video to see if the items was put into the bag. Half hour later Steve returned to say all items was put into both bags and i lef the store with all items. I assured Steve the items was not in my bags once i arrive home, in addition explained to him there must be a descrepancy in there process as far as identifying confirmed purchase.

I called the store mamager Kevin the next day 12/22/2014, per Steve's suggestion. Kevin ask that i give him time to reviw the video again. I called Kevin back early morning on 12/23/2014. Kevin call back and left a meesage suggesting i left the stored with all items.

This experience confirms the leagalize theft / riipping off of consumers. If the store profits are down...fip off a few consumers of ther hard earned money..i do not blame the store managers in place....i blame ROSS corporation. This is a new ploy to profit legally from the consummers....Store managers are unprefecional and do not display conmon courtesy to their customers. Why would i receive 2 itms of clothing for my son then go back to the store the next day and ask for the same alfit....

"COMMON SENSE".ROSS has a bad reputation....Something needs to be done leagally to STOP corporations like

ROSS from profiting off average consumes.

Lets form a list off instacies and take them to court. Mary from Orlando Florida..ROSS in "waterford Lakes"

I used to be a manager at another department store and one time an older lady come in saying she didn't get one of her bags with about $40 worth of merchandise. I told her I would be happy to review the video for her, which I did, and the video very clearly showed all of her purchases being placed into bags (four total) then all of her bags being loaded into her cart, and the cart going out the front door with her.

When I told her that she did indeed get all of her merchandise she kept disagreeing. I had another manager watch the video as well and he saw the same thing I saw, which was that she got all of her purchases. She still did not believe us. There was a police officer in the store for another issue at the time so we asked him to come watch and he saw the same thing we did and went and told her she got all of her stuff, and she didn't even believe the police officer and left ticked off accusing is of being crooks.

She even called my boss and told her I was lying to get so I could keep her $40 worth of stuff. My boss reviewed the video and saw that she got all of her stuff but she said, and I quote, "well, i can't find it so I'm inclined to believe I did not get it when I paid". Not much more we can do at that point since we know without a shadow of a doubt that it did leave the store with her (I can't help what happens after the customer leaves the property) so we gave her the corporate number to call when she asked for it.

She ended up calling us back two days later to apologize and let us know she found it. She was remodeling her home and it got misplaced in the chaos.

I would also have people call and tell me they didn't get all of their bags, and then call back and say never mind, it was under the seat, or my husband carried it in, or the kids took it to their room, etc.

If multiple people are telling you that all of your merchandise was in the bags you took, then more than likely that is the case.
