I am in am in a Ross store right now in the Plymouth meeting area. A cashier left her bbox to go out and smoke a cigarette leaving only 2 cashiers to handle 24 customers in line.

On Saturdays 2 cashiers are bot an acceptable number. I had to leave my sister and daughter to find a place to sit, my back was killing me.

That cashier should be made aware that she has disgraced the Ross brand. I will never come to this store again.

Review about: Ross Dress For Less Cashier.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I liked: Always find something i like when i go, Pricing.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, Your employees, Atitude of the store clerk.

What time did that cashier come into work? You probably don't know.

It was probably her break time and she took her break as required by law.

I've noticed that people have a "outsiders" perspective when shopping. You don't work there, you don't know how many people have called out leaving only minimum cashiers.

Call outs happen everyday. And although there is a line employees still need breaks.
