Ross Dress For Less - Poor customer service by assistant manager

Very poor customer service provided by assistant manager, associate 332144. I just purchased merchandise, 12/2 at 5:24 pm, transaction 2797, store 0750. I asked the person to use a second bag to put my puchases in and he defiantly showed poor attitude. I am a good customer of Ross. This individual needs some training and in my opinion should not be an assistant manager!

Ross Dress For Less - Bad experience

The cashier was avoiding eye contact. Did not greet me and did not even hand the receipt to me. She was talking to someone throughout the transaction.
