Not enough cashiers

The lines are always too long, they wrap around the store, and theres never enough cashiers. They dont have enough employees, not even on the weekends during the times people are shopping for back to school stuff.

Same clothes nothing different, plus all small sizes

I have been going to Ross for a while and so far it's the same clothes style all small, t shirts no new blouses or shorts, dresses! Clothing also not stocked up !also priced high

The manager harassed me while shopping in the store. He embarrassed me and humiliated ne in the federal way store.

I went shopping fir a purse and grabbed 3 to choose from asked my friend which one should I buy. Then I put two back and the manager walked up saying I need to out the item back were it goes and started saying mean rude things to me. I walked away and he still was running his mouth listening to me talk in the phone. He would repeat what I said to his co workers and watched me everywhere I went he would follow me. It was a horrible experience. I wanted to leave but was scared if what he might do to me so I pretended to look at stuff praying he would go away but he never did. He was 2 feet behind me talking in the phone about me.

I want to report my dad experience at Ross store from mine of your manager

I just want to vent what I experienced yesterday around 7:30 in the evening yesterday as I was in the fitting room I heard a loud tap on the door and I answered I am still fitting. After a minute fitting or so I heard another loud tap at the fitting room door and I answered I am not yet done and few seconds later the door swung open, and I am half naked. After fitting the 4th dress (I bought 3 of them) as I open the door I ask the woman outside the door who opened my door and said it's the manager, and she came and said Why? Pls call my number since I have some more to say. Thanks

Defective item

I purchase a pair of shoes 2 days ago i worn the shoes today and the heel came off .. so i brought them today same day i worn them and they refused to exchange the defective shoes because they stated the shoes were too worn out.. i bought these shoes 2 days ago and brought receipt with me too.. unbelievable.. i didnt want my money back but to replace them

Complaint about atore manager

I felt so disregarded by Jennifer, the manager at the ROSS store in Highland, Indiana, next ALDI's grocery store. I accidentally left my credit card after making a purchase in the store. An illegal purchase of $93.00 was made in my card. When I called the store Jennifer lied and said my card was Unfound and she'll call me back. Jennifer never called back later that evening or the following day so I went to the store the following day. The manager on staff gave me back my card. Jennifer needs to understand people like me is keeping her employed so learn how to service your customers corrshoo

Supervisor was going out with a married man

Supervisor Maria Luisa from Nogales Arizona location is going out with a married man and ruined a 30 year relationship. My recommendation for this store is that wifes do not take their husbands while shopping because she might steal them. Ladies be careful.

In store urgent issue

Ross Dress For Less - In store urgent issue
I purchase something at the Aramingo store. I live closer the store at Cottman Plaza. I brought plates some had broken. They was willing to accept the unbroken ones and send me back to the the Aramingo for the broken ones. The manager is on break been waiting over 15 minutes. Unacceptable. The management in this store is the worst.

You need to provide more information: did you have the receipt? If yes, you should be able to return and get your form of payment back, a need to present an ID it was purchased within 24 hours.

If no, you'll get a store credit of the lowest priced marked down.

What was the reason the cashier wouldn't return it? They usually say why.

Big lines to pay

The store located in 163rd, North Miami needs to hire more staff. There is always big lines and a 40-min wait to check out. Sometimes after spending one hour shopping I gave to leave the merchandise and leave

I was paying at the register # 4 in the store # 0549 in Oakland Park, when I decide to bring 2 more products at that moment SABRINA Associate # 737767 the lady at the register gets upset and starts making sounds with her mouth, I told her why she is upset, and thatI was buying not asking for anything for free, please call the manager because her attitude was rude and she replied "I AM THE MANAGER" and thenLEFT ME IN THE REGISTER ALONE. They proceeded to call over another employee named Tifany and told her pass her the receipt.

Ross Dress For Less - No bathrooms allowed
I asked if there were any other employees in the store around 930 pm because my 9 year old daughter had to use the restroom. The cashier looked alone and said they were closed. My daughter peed in her pants. Id like her pants replaced. She / were embarrassed .
