I was at store #1842 to make a return, there was no one in the return line. The clerks cleared the purchase line out before assisting me and my husband.

If you are not going to address returns that are in the return line, then why have a sign distinguishing purchase from return. The manager Zayra was waiting on customers at register one and never acknowledged the return line.

All the clerks were hispanic and so were the customers, so I am not sure if it was racial but it was unprofessional and i did not appreciate the treatment. Ross has to do better or customers are going to stop shopping there.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I don't get why people in the return/exchange line feel they need to be waited on first. People were obviously in line waiting so it's only right that you wait too. What the cashier should have done was tell you wthat they'd be right with you so you wouldn't have to come on here and complain saying it was a racial thing.
