I bought a stering silver necklace and when my granddaughter opened it the chain was broken. I took it back to the store and they would not exchange even though another one was locked in their locked jewery case - so so mad.

Will never buy there again. They could see that the same box was in the jewelry case - Poor customer service.....

The two Muslims running the store just talked in Arabic and I said lthat was rude - please speak in English They said I was rude to say they couldn't talk to each other in whatever language they were talking in - they were Managers and should not talk in front of the customer in a Utah store not in English! will never buy their again!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Exchange with the one in the locked case that was not broken!!!!.

From the looks of it, theres no tag attached. The return policy clearly states it must have tags attached with jewlrey returns. Its not the companys fault you couldnt follow simple rules

for jewelry you must have your recipet to return/exchange. It's written on the back of every Ross recipet.
