Tried to exchange a *** rug for 39.99 and get a foam rug same price. The manager Brenda told me I will lose my seniors discount because today is Wed.

This store and all of there managers give there customers a hard time. Although there is nothing on the receipt that says that if you return something your lose the discount although your purchasing something in the same dept.

Senior discount is on Tuesday, it's not written because it's common sense. if you bring an item back and exchange it on any other day but Tuesday the senior discount can not be added on to your purchase.

I don't see it as "managers give customers a hard time", it's policies. like if you bought a shirt and it had a tear they give you 10% off that shirt, if you decide to go back and exchange it for the same shirt but not damaged you won't received the 10% and have to pay the difference.
