Why can't You call management or send their Corporate Headquarters a letter explaining your complaint? Just go online to their website and look up their contact information.
It should Not be that hard to do.
Did you speak to the store manager about your problem? What caused you to post this complaint?
I tried several times to personally contact the store manager. Very rude and unproffesional.
I called the customer service line several times, staff wanted to help just had no idea how or who I need to speak with. Very poor representation of what otherwise is a great place to shop.
