it all happened yesterday at the Ross dress for less outlet on the Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando.I had made all my purchases and was about to call Uber to be transporated back to location when I realised that my internet services wasn't working and I approached one of the sales representative standing by the door. Her name is ZULEMYA and I told her that "am stranded here, my internet seems not to be working and i will appreciate if I get a connection to book Uber," She responded "we don't have wifi and cannot help you" I was very calm and I asked where else in the mall can I get a free connection. She said at Burger King, she pointed the direction for me. I requsted if my items can be kept in a safe place since it was a load which may not be easy for me to handle walking about. She said ok. Imagine my anixety and self distress i was passing through at the time to solve a problem and get a transport back to my location. Only to come back to Ross and see the goods I paid for kept outside like a trash.

when I complained" She told me " I can only keep your goods for 30mins and i said this is just 48mins I left your store and where you directed me their internet was working but their manager was kind enough to open her hotspot ti get me connected, in a shop where i didn't make any purchase. what a life.

Unfortnately, she had no apology but reminded she has the right to treat my goods worth $1000 as trash after 30mins. Even when she knows my circumstances.

I felt very bad. I need to know if this is a standard treatment .
