This is only one of several pictures where it is 8:30 in the morning and all these cars are in front of the store. This store dose not open until 9:30.

I thought the store was open and these were customers. Do you not have a policy to require employees to park away from the front door? My next post will show someone even parked front row of a handicaped spot.

Granted, one of the employees might be handicapped but those spots are for customers, not handicapped employees. Customer service might not be this locations priority and that is unexceptable.

Location: Jonesboro, Georgia

Your comments are absolutely ridiculous, you lazy!

I work with several handicap associates, & you're telling me that they can't park in the handicap section because it's for customers only? You're one lazy, selfish *** person.

Complaining about parking.

would you want to wake up at 4 in the morning and have to park your car farther from the store? Half of them are gone by 9:45 the latest 10.

You are complaining when you do not even know the entire story. Why in the world are you doing this?

And as for this comment of yours...

Granted, one of the employees might be handicapped but those spots are for customers, not handicapped employees.

Really??????

And exactly where in the ADA did you find this information since you posted this on the internet for everyone to see?

Those associates have probably been there since before the sun came up, in which case it would be dangerous for them to walk across the parking lot from the far spaces in the dark. It does look like the sun is just coming up in the background of your photo.

Also, handicap laws pertain to employees as well.

People don't just stop being disabled when they clock in for work. Also, If those cars belong to associates that worked overnight, chances are they will be gone before the store actually opens at 9:30.

Most of these cars are employees that work in the stock room which have to arrive far in advance to the store opening, in order to get new merchandise out for the customers. Like any other store, parking is first come first serve. And if an employee was handicapped I don't understand your reasoning for "handicap spaces should be for customers", this suggests that handicap employees are different then any other handicap person, which they are not.
